The parking structure entrance is located on Mentor street. Guest parking is located underground one level (called P1). There is an elevator located on P1 with a telephone intercom that can call  the office to buzz open the security door where the elevator is located. There are stairs located on P1 that lead up to the street level on the other side of the parking across from the elevator door.
